You see the full fare — the suggested fare plus any boost the rider adds — before you accept. You can also counter with your own fare in £1 steps. On busy nights, riders competing for drivers means better-paying jobs for you, transparently — and passing on a job never counts against you.
Waiting time on pick-ups is paid to you. If a passenger cancels after you've accepted and waited, a cancellation fee applies and a share of it is passed to you — the amount varies by vehicle tier. Exact figures are always shown in the driver app before and during the job.
